Amazing food and excellent views of the River severn. Definitely recommend if your in the area
We go there fairly often and we are never disappointed. The food is excellent with different choices from the local pubs which makes it a better experience and is added to by the decor and set right by the river with fantastic views.
As always perfect meals & service. 4 of us dined for a birthday celebration, seated in the Orangery with lovely views. I had the rump steak panini, it was tender & tasty. Great value at £11.50, cheaper than a burger in other restaurants! The others enjoyed their meals, all presented & cooked perfectly. Return visit planned again. Fin (our waiter) was friendly & had a sense of humour which added to the great service he provided.
We have been here a couple of times for a meal. The location is spectacular & well worth a visit if not for food at least visit for a drink. There are plenty of outdoor tables & chairs that look out over the river & the well tended gardens. The indoor tables are popular & I would recommend reserving one as it can get very busy. The food was well presented & tasty. 2 of us had mixed grills which were well cooked & huge! The staff were welcoming & helpful & we had good service. The premises were clean & tidy. Overall I would highly recommended a visit to this establishment & we will certainly return when we are next in the area.
Location = amazing!! Service = quite slow but great service when they get to you + amazing food! ASH in particular served us for our anniversary and he was so kind and considerate and checked in frequently! . Have been a few times and will come again! :-)
Lovely restaurant with views over the river. Service was excellent as was the food . Lovely Caitlin looked after our table a pleasant helpful and cheerful young lady.
We did not stay in the hotel, but we stopped by for some food on a long journey. The food was fantastic, as was the service. Dog friendly, and beautiful views. Thank you to our waitress Lesley who was absolutely lovely
Spent a lovely couple of hours here. We had the Steak Ciabatta and the Fish Goujon Ciabatta for lunch. Very nice dressing on the salad. But we really didn't want a pudding.
